PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a water hammering of a feed valve and to prevent malfunction caused by stuffing of refuse into bleed holes. SOLUTION: This feed valve has a diaphragm valve 5 having the bleed hole 16 communicating with a back pressure part 19 including a pilot valve 22. The intermediate part between the bleed holes 16 is provided with a vortex chamber 18 comprising a columnar space 25 having inner diameter larger than that of the bleed holes 16, and a cleaning pin 20 is inserted into the vortex chamber 18 and the bleed holes 16 on both sides of the chamber.
