PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a harmonic distortion in an input current as well as to improve a peak factor making an output-current waveform almost constant. SOLUTION: A microprocessor MP of a control unit CN, synchronizing with an input AC voltage Vin based on a voltage that is input to an Input terminal from a diode DA through resistors R30, R31, conducts a frequency-fluctuation control, based on a program, such that an operation frequency of switching elements Q1, Q2 is low at a peak of the input AC voltage Vin and high at the bottom of the input AC voltage Vin. Consequently, almost a constant output current Ila having little ripple fluctuation is obtained to improve the peak factor. |
