PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide to a registered member the information of a local service provider so as to be easily easy to understand. SOLUTION: The provider of personal information, containing address information, is registered in a member database 33 as a member 3 together with the personal information. Also the information of a service provider 2 is registered in an enterprise information database 43 together with the information of a service-providing base. When there is an inquiry concerning services from the member 3, information which is suited to the contents of the inquiry, provided by retrieving the enterprise information database or information required for the member 3 at providing of this information from the service provider 2 is provided, while containing the information of a distance between the address of the member 3 or designated spot and the service providing base or containing map information.
