PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical conversion-type measuring instrument transformer having vibration isolating properties high enough for insulating external vibrations and capable of reducing errors of measurement attendant on vibrations. SOLUTION: An optical conversion-type measuring instrument transformer uses an electro-optical material that varies in refractive index with the voltage of a work as an object of measurement and utilizes a correlation between a voltage and a light volume, where an additional mass 13 is provided integrally on an insulating base 8 where optical parts including an electro-optical material 4 are disposed, and the additional mass 13 is mounted on a metal housing case 9 with a mounting piece 12 through the intermediary of viscoelastic materials 14 and 15.
