PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently register curtain information in a short time by curtain information automatic registration and to reuse the registered curtain information. SOLUTION: In this curtain information registration system, APA measurement data from a file or a total station 10 or sky image data from a digital camera 11 or a bitmap file are fetched as obstacle observation data (CB1, CB2, CB4), and on the basis of the obtained obstacle observation data, curtain information of the observation predetermined point is produced automatically. In the case of the APA measurement data, each of a direction angle and azimuth observation point and an altitude observation point is automatically developed on a curtain registration screen as shape change points of the respective curtains. In the case of the sky image data, it is displayed on the curtain registration screen, and the curtain information is registered by means of pick input by using the image data as the background.
