PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a ghost when displaying a block of plural data lines in sequentially selecting one by one. SOLUTION: The picture data Da is delayed by the delay unit U1 and output as the picture data Db. A delay time of each one of delay unit U1 is equal to a unit time of a phase developing image signal V1D1-V1D6. When a first differential circuit 31 generates the first differential picture data Ds1 by subtracting the picture data Db from the picture data Da, the first coefficient circuit 32 generates the first corrected data Dh1 by multiplying the first differential picture data Ds1 and a first coefficient K1. The corrected picture data Dout is generated by adding picture data Da and the first corrective data Dh1.
