PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to use an application from different place through a user terminal by which user can access internet and start a browser. SOLUTION: When the user transmits an installation instruction from the browser 210 of the user terminal 200, the installation software 250 (for server) of center server 240 is started and the installation software 220 (for client) is transmitted to the user terminal 200 and started. When the user transmits user information and an installation execution file, the center server 240 certificates the user information, executes the received installation execution file and installs the application. When the center server 240 transmits notice of installation completion, an icon for the application starting is made in the browser 210 of the user terminal 200. The user executes the application by clicking the icon.
