PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a tape from being broken during TAB feed. SOLUTION: The TAB tape is sandwiched between a ring provided at a position coming into contact with both the edge ends of the TAB tape of a drive roller and another ring provided at another position coming into contact with both the edge ends of the TAB tape of a presser roller, and fed and positioned by friction between the ring of the roller and the TAB tape. The outside into contact with the TAB tape of the hard ring has a structure for pushing the TAB tape by a plurality of projections at a prescribed interval in the width direction. Furthermore, the plurality of the projections are provided at the prescribed interval in the direction of the rotation of the roller or the presser roller is intermittently lifted, and it is effective that pushing of the TAB tape is temporarily released.
