PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inductance element in which a drum core and a ring core are not slipped off from a mounting substrate, leaving sections in the vicinity of the mounting section of a terminal even when an impact is applied to the drum core and the ring core and reliability on the impact is improved. SOLUTION: The inductance element has the drum core 4 in which an upper end collar 2 is formed at one end of a winding shaft section 1 and a lower end collar 3 at the other end, coil 5 wound on the winding shaft section 1, the annular core 7 arranged on the outer circumference of the winding shaft section 1 for the drum core 4 while being bonded by the drum core 4, and an adhesive 6 and the terminal 9 mounted on the ring core 7 while being electrically connected by the winding 5 and solder 8. The terminal 9 is secured from the outside of the ring core 7 while being formed in a U shape bent towards a top face 15 from the outer circumferential surface 14 of the ring core 7 and towards an inner circumferential surface 13 from the top face 15, and a mounting section 11 is installed from the outer periphery of at least the ring core 7 to the winding-shaft opposed surface 16 of the lower-end collar 3 of the drum core 4.
