PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a product being capable of surely preventing an outflow to the outside of oil leaking from the connecting section of a cooling section for a transformer and an oil main pipe and having excellent durability at a low cost, and to prevent the generation of environmental pollution due to the outflow of oil. SOLUTION: The oil main pipes 2 for supplying the cooling section 1 for the transformer with cooling oil and circulating cooling oil and connecting pipes 4 in which one ends are connected to the cooling section 1 are connected through connecting flanges 5, 6. The outer circumferences of the connecting flanges 5, 6 are covered with oil-resistant covering bodies 11, and recovery vessels 14 for cooling oil are connected to discharge openings 12 for cooling oil opened at the lower ends of the covering bodies 11.
