PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of breaking a lock of a reproducing buffer even though there exists a rereading. SOLUTION: When it is determined that a space, which is more than a packet size Pp1, exists in a reproducing buffer at a time t43, a reproducing buffer process is started to supply data equivalent to the packet size Pp1 to the buffer. At the time (at a time t44) after the completion of a reproducing buffer process, in which a rereading is conducted, it is detrermined that data having more than packet size Pr2 are recorded in a recording buffer and a recording buffer process is started to read the data equivalent to the packet size Pr2 from the recording buffer.
