PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the necessity of a complex mechanism caused by the operations of various mechanisms provided in a base performed according to a clamping timing or the like in a conventional disk device. SOLUTION: An interlocking arm 17 is supported so as to be freely rotated by a support shaft 22 on the side plate 2f of an upper base 2, and the interlocking pin 24 of the interlocking arm 17 is engage with a lower base 1. When the lower and upper bases 1 and 2 approach each other to clamp a disk DS, the interlocking arm 17 is rotated clockwise. This rotational movement of the interlocking arm 17 is converted into a rotation on a horizontal plane, and switching such as clamper elastic pressing or the like is carried out by power after the conversion.
