PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a board carrying robot capable of surely performing discharge when a board is carried out in a stage, and detecting an accurate board end in easy constitution. SOLUTION: The board carrying robot M has a pair of arm bodies 10, 20 arranged rotatably on a machine base 1. The first arm body 10 is flexibly constituted by having a first arm 11 and a second arm 12, and provided with a band 15 holding the board W on the edge part of the second arm 12. The second arm body 20 is flexibly constituted by having a first arm 21 and a second arm 22, and provided with a discharge device 25 through a support member 24 on the edge part of the second arm 22. The discharge device 25 is arranged so as to be positioned upward from the band 15, moved on this side of the stage, and discharges the carried board W. Furthermore, two board end detection sensors 30 are mounted on the discharge device 25, which detects the board end WE of the carried board W. |
