DEODORIZER AND REFRIGERATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorizer in which dew formation in a step-up transformer can be prevented and a refrigerator comprising the deodorizer. SOLUTION: The case 54 of a deodorizer 11 installed in a refrigerator is partitioned into a transformer chamber 57 and an electrode chamber 59 and a step-up transformer 58 is disposed in the transformer chamber 57 so that it is not exposed to chill circulating through the compartment. An electrode 60 for generating ozone and a catalyst 61 for separating ozone and odor component are disposed in the electrode chamber 59 where the circulating chill reaches.
