PURPOSE: To generate a multiplication output by no feedback control without using a low pass filter. CONSTITUTION: A reference signal Fin1 and its inverted signal Fin2, for example, are propagated in two delay circuits 11 and 13 where plural delay elements 111 to 11n and 131 to 13n which can switch delay time to two stage by a control signal are cascaded. Outputs of delay circuits 11 and 13 are added by an addition circuit 14 to obtain a multiplied output Fout of the reference signal Fin1.
