PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal and a server to which use fees of service are not required to be paid in cash when a user uses the service. SOLUTION: Whether or not the service is provided is judged by acquiring a telephone number from a cellular telephone owned by the user by the terminal and collating information regarding payment capability of the user owned by the server by using the telephone number. When the service is provided, the fees are stored in a data base of the server by relating them with the telephone number. |
