PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system that can enhance the usability in the case of incorporating a photographing location into image data or the like. SOLUTION: The image processing system of this invention provided with a geographical information storage means that stores geographical name information and position information in cross-reference with each other, uses the geographical name information storage means when receiving image information having photographing position information as attached information, extracts the geographical name information corresponding to the photographing position information of the image information and adds the extracted geographical name information to the attached information of the image information. Thus, a user can automatically obtain the geographical name information from the position information and can use it with image data as the image attached information. Furthermore, the position relation between the image attached information and the image can freely be set and the image attached information and the image data are outputted in separate files in a prescribed form. |
