<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize stable automatic supply by stopping operation with programs of the first control mean if the programs fall into malfunction, and enabling the programs to be restored in the case of recovery. SOLUTION: The system is provided with a first control mean 11a which controls automatic replenishment with programs, the second control mean 12a which controls automatic replenishment when the first control mean 11a becomes defective and a changeover mean 17a which changes control between the first control mean 11a and the second control mean 12a. Control operation with the first control mean 11a is stopped by shifting control to the second control mean 12a employing the changeover mean 17a.</p> |
