PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe unit replacing the conventional force feed pump 1 with the equal cleaning performance and at a lower cost being as related to an automatic analyzer for clinical examination requiring analysis of blood and urine or the like. SOLUTION: A large capacity syringe 13 for cleaning replacing a force feed pump 1 is arranged in series for a dispensing syringe 12 and while a specimen sample 4 is sucked and dispensed by the syringe 12 for dispensing, a large amount of cleaning solution 15 is sucked by the syringe 13 for cleaning. In the cleaning of a nozzle 6, the delivery of the cleaning solution is accomplished in a shorter time from the syringe 12 for dispensing and from the syringe 13 for cleaning.
