PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a capacitor which is effective for the suppression of the switching noise of an LSI for MPU and has a low inductance and a large capacitance in the LSI without forming the capacitor as an internal layer. SOLUTION: A plastic substrate 12 through which a plurality of conductive members 14 are passed in the thickness direction, and on which a thin film capacitor 40 electrically connected among the members 14 without covering the members 14 is formed is inserted and flip-chip connected between the LSI 20 and a mounting substrate 30 mounted with the LSI 20 as a connecting member 10. The dielectric layer 44 of the capacitor 40 is divided into parts every unit capacitor formed between adjacent conductive members 14.
