PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of automatic transfer in updating data files, which can transfer upload data automatically from client computers to a server computer. SOLUTION: The method of automatic transfer in updating a data file in the system in which a data transfer is performed between the client computers and the server computer over the internet, wherein, the server computer adds both transfer target information and transfer control information to the data of the data file, download of which is required from a client computer, to transfer to the client computer, and the client computer transfers upload data of the data file, download of which has been required by itself, automatically to the server computer based on both of the transfer information.
