PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a ceramic package which can be improved in lamination accuracy when ceramic sheets are laminated as inserted into set pins of a laminating flat plate. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method comprises a first process of boring discriminating holes 24 for discriminating picture images in a ceramic green sheet 21, a second process of printing a wiring pattern on a ceramic green sheet with conductive paste and drying it up, and a third process of reading in distances between the picture discriminating holes 24 bored in the ceramic green sheet 21 through a picture recognition manner, positioning the holes 24 by distributing the distances on the basis of their central values, and boring a lamination positioning set hole 25. |
