PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical appliance for use in toilet which can be easily installed at low cost and can instantaneously blow warm air. SOLUTION: A low-cost warm air blower has an installing port (1) on its upper end, an actual bulb mounting port (3) directly below an upper body (2) for installing a switch and a thermostat, a motor (7) for driving a fan under a transparent lower body (6) for installing the bulb, a fan (8) for blowing air below the motor, and a nichrome wire (9) for heating the bottom.
