PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically execute controlling a TV program recording and receiving an incoming call, a TV audience wants to accept during watching the TV program, on the basis of priority the TV audience preprogrammed, using the contents of the TV program included in digital signals, when the incoming call is arrived while the TV audience is watching the TV program. SOLUTION: A data separator 102 separates service information from received digital signals. A program information analyzer 105 gets TV program information. A table preparation means 109 prepares a TV program priority table, in which every priority of the TV programs is registered, and a personal information table including caller's telephone number, name, and priority, to resister contents of the tables. When the incoming call is arrived while the TV audience is watching the TV program, the receiver compares priority between the caller of the incoming call in the personal information table and the TV program in the TV program priority table, and automatically executes receiving the incoming call and controlling the TV program recording.
