PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable phone and a portable terminal that can simply arrange acquired information and to provide a contents distribution device that distributes information to the portable phone and the portable terminal as above. SOLUTION: The portable phone extracts a telephone number from downloaded information and stores the telephone number in a telephone directory memory, and non-telephone number information in advertisement information except the telephone number is stored in an information storage memory in cross-reference with the telephone number.
