PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional communication recording/output device that has caused missing in communication recording data on the occurrence of a time revision between a system time and a real operation time. SOLUTION: The communication recording/output device is provided with a system clock count section 11 that counts the system time, a communication recording section 12 that records a prescribed system time and communication recording data when the prescribed system time is counted, and a communication recording output section 13 that reads and outputs communication recording data corresponding to a desired system time from the communication recording section 12 in response to output request data corresponding to the desired system time. On the occurrence of a time revision at a real operation time in matching with the system time, the communication recording section 12 records a time revision difference in addition to the prescribed system time and the communication recording data corresponding to the prescribed system time, and the communication recording output section 13 retrieves the system time corresponding to the desired real operation time based on the time revision difference in response to output request data relating to the desired actual operation time and reads and outputs communication recording data corresponding to the system time.
