PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for attaching a printed board wherein work is easily and surely performed and adverse influence is not exerted on precision. SOLUTION: In this attaching structure, a T-shaped protruding segment 6 at a tip of a second retainer 3 and rectangular protruding segments 7, 8 on both sides of the T-shaped protruding segment 6 are fitted in a composite hole 10 of a printed board 4. A vertical segment of the T-shaped protruding segment 6 of the second retainer 3 is twisted as far as a horizontal segment of the T-shaped protruding segment 6 is positioned on a surface of the printed board 4 by making the direction wherein the second retainer 3 is disposed upright as an axis, and engaging and attaching are performed. As a result, attaching is performed by simple work which twists the T-shaped protruding segment 6, prescribed play in the horizontal and the vertical directions with the printed board 4 is ensured, generation of distortion to the printed board 4 is surely prevented, and adverse influence is not exerted on precision.
