PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive liquid crystal element, for which the current flowing through the element is increased by using a translucent metal layer formed of gold or the like by abutting it on a liquid crystal layer. SOLUTION: This conductive liquid crystal element is composed by forming two or more organic matter layers between two facing electrodes. In this case, at least one of the organic matter layers is a conductive liquid crystal layer 13, and the translucent metal layer 14 is formed by bordering it on the conductive liquid crystal layer 13.
