PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical waterproof louver and its wings for forming a wall surface having various functions uniformly and sufficiently such as waterproofing, air ventilation, smoke discharge, natural lighting or the like essential for the vertical waterproof louver regardless of the direction of wind and outdoor rain drops. SOLUTION: In a vertical type waterproof louvers for constituting wall surface made by arranging plural wing boards in vertical direction at certain intervals comprising band-shaped plate body formed to a doglegged shape in cross section in the width direction or to a curved shape in cross section in the width direction, each wing plate is provided at the edge portion of the outdoor side of each wing plate in parallel or essentially in parallel to the width direction of the wing plate and also is equipped with a wind direction adjusting member extended to one united body as the features of this vertical type waterproof louver and its wing members.
