PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an encryption communication method and its system that are immune to an encryption attack. SOLUTION: An encryption communication server 200 distributes a 1st program to decode encrypted data in cooperation with a 2nd program to a general client 100. Furthermore, an encryption communication server 200 encrypts data to generate encrypted data, transmits the data to the general client 100 and distributes the 2nd program to decode the encrypted data in cooperation with the 1st program to the general client 100. The general client 100 executes the 1st program and the 2nd program. The 2nd program is used to decode the encrypted data in cooperation with the 1st program. The system is used by many unspecified people and immune to an encryption attack.
