PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the position deviation of an electronic element and measure the outer peripheral side of the electronic element in a state that the electronic element is housed in a housing recess part. SOLUTION: Two one side measuring means S1, S4 using the two pieces of rotation carrying equipment 1, 31 of the electronic element to be neared and arranged in the state that one is intersected on the other and arranged toward each first sideward opening window 21, 51 of the rotation carrying equipment 1, 31 of one and the other electronic elements and measuring the outer peripheral side of the electronic element, two other side measuring means S2, S5 arranged toward each second sideward side opening windows 22, 52 of the rotation carrying equipment 1, 31 of one and the other electronic elements and measuring the outer peripheral side of the electronic element C, and two outer peripheral side measuring means S3, S6 measuring the outer peripheral side of the electronic element from the outer peripheral opening window side of one and the other housing recess parts are provided. |
