摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device in which an image persistence is not generated and a flicker is not generated even when the same picture is displayed for a long time and which has excellent picture quality. SOLUTION: In this driving method, an offset compensation driving method is adopted and in a gradation in which the amplitude of a source signal is large, the potential of a common signal and the center potential of a source signal are set so as to compensate the reduction of potential to be inducted by a gate signal and in a gradation in which the amplitude of the source signal is small, the center potential of the source signal is set to a potential higher than the center potential of the source signal compensating the reduction of the potential to be induced by the gate signal.
