PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively drive a refrigerant to flow in and out of a tank. SOLUTION: Main tanks (T1, T2) are provided which are connected with a main circuit (21) and are capable of storing a refrigerant. A liquid refrigerant is pushed out to the circulation circuit (21) with pressure in the main tanks (T1, T2) from a heating heat exchanger (HEX3). In contrast, the liquid refrigerant in the main circuit (21) is recovered into the main tanks (T1, T2) owing to pressure reduction in the main tanks (T1, T2) owing to a cooling heat exchanger (HEX4). Circulation driving force is exerted to the refrigerant in the main circuit (21) owing to the recovery and extrusion of the liquid refrigerant. A liquid return pipe (33) is connected with upper portions of the main tanks (T1, T2) for returning the liquid refrigerant from the cooling heat exchanger (HEX4) to the main tanks (T1, T2). A gas supply pipe (31) is connected with the liquid return pipe (33) for supplying a gas refrigerant from the heating heat exchanger HEX3 to the main tanks (T1, T2).
