PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a V-ribbed belt capable of inhibiting a generation of noise caused by a slight slide between a rib part and a V-ribbed pulley at the time of racing by curing a surface of the rib part by applying a simple surface treatment to the rib part of the V-ribbed belt without particularly imparting a change to a formulation of the rib part. SOLUTION: In the V-ribbed belt, a lubricant is coated on a rib part and a friction of a contact border surface of the rib part and a V-ribbed pulley can be reduced. The lubricant is, for example, a mineral oil or a silicone oil.
