PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to manipulate the flushing motion without changing the direction of his body when he discharges flushing water for a toilet stool in a toilet. SOLUTION: A cylinder 1 for discharging of flushing water to which a manipulating ring 11 is attached is connected to a cylinder 17 for opening a float valve to which a chain 18 with bease penetrating a hand washing water outlet, connected to a chain 23 is attached through a thin tube 16.
