PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that chip area is increased in a conventional memory hybrid multi-processor because of that the memory of a specific is allotted to one processor element or a cross bus switch is arranged at the outside of a memory region so that all memory regions can be used by all processor elements, thereby one processor element can only a specific region, or a bus wiring coupling a processor and a memory is required at the outside of the memory area. SOLUTION: Cross bar wiring is performed on a memory region, and sharing of a memory can be performed without increasing chip area by arranging a cross bar switch at a sense amplifier region, while many data can be taken out continuously, and a system having high band width can be constituted. |
