PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive material package which is easily unsealed and resealed, does not require strict fusion position and temperature control and has suitability to high-speed production and to provide a method for producing the photosensitive material package. SOLUTION: In the photosensitive material package obtained by packaging a stack of sheetlike photosensitive materials in a packaging material with a heat meltable layer and fusing the heat meltable layer to seal the packaging material, another fusion part is disposed besides the fusion part for sealing.
