PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct proper transmission power control so as not to decrease the system capacity. SOLUTION: A spread code notice section 201 informs each mobile station unit about the spread code corresponding to a mobile station unit which a base station communicates at present. A separate section 212 separates information denoting an interference station detected by an inverse spread result at each mobile station unit from a received signal, and then a control section 213 decreases transmission power of a signal to the interference station.
