PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a file managing technique by which all or a part of a file can be automatically deleted when conditions for using are not met. SOLUTION: A file 10 preserved on a storage medium managed by a control devision is created, including data for comparison 17 setting the number of use of the file, data for count 14 compared with the data for comparison 17 and also counting the number of use of the file 10, and a display software 13 outputting instructions to delete all or a part of the file 10 to the control division on the basis of the comparison between the data for comparison 17 and the data for count 14.
