<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulating member which is a member provided with an insulator, metal fixtures joined to this insulator with an adhesive agent, and a resistance point film formed on the surface of the insulator, is compact, has an excellent DC withstand voltage performance, and reduces the electric fields of wedge-shaped boundary parts composed of adhesive films and the metal fixtures and a low-resistance paint film. SOLUTION: This is an insulating member wherein metal fixtures 2, 3 are fitted to an insulator 1, and an adhesive agent 5 is applied to the junctions between these metal fixtures 2, 3 and the insulator 1, and coating films by an applying agent 6 having a volume resistivity lower than the insulator and the adhesive agent are formed on the outside of this adhesive agent. The adhesive agent 5 is applied so that the contact angleθbetween the metal fixtures and the adhesive agent may be large.</p> |
