<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for providing driver's license correspondence personal information expressing the existence of a driver's license and its movement history as information. SOLUTION: The method is formed by policeman's action for acquiring the personal information of a person corresponding to an identifier(ID) at the location where a driver's license 1 exist on the basis of ID physically recorded in the license 1. A function for specifying an important person which is included in the license 1 and license owner's movement information corresponding to the movement of the license 1 are merged to validate the initial investigation at the occurrence of a crime. Action for referring to specific information for specifying the person out of personal information from a remote data base by using an information terminal and action for acquiring the important information of the person at the place are added to the policeman's action. The specific information includes the name of the owner of the driver's license 1, an owner's present address and an owner's legal domicile. Dissidence of the owner name on the license 1 with the person possessing the license 1 is important information. Consequently initial investigation at the occurrence of the crime can be validated.</p> |
