PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solenoid driven valve capable of drastically reducing collision sound between a valve stem and an armature shaft while keeping a movable part small and light. SOLUTION: This solenoid driven valve comprises the armature shaft 21 for fixing an electromagnetically driven armature and a valve stem 12 that is disposed in a same axial line as the armature shaft 12 a predetermined distance spaced from the shaft and has a valve element at its one end. Vibration damping materials 50 and 51 are provided on abutting surfaces of the armature shaft 21 and the valve stem 12, and a gap between facing surfaces of the damping materials 50 and 51 is sealed with an elastic member 52. Viscous fluid such as oil or grease is filled into the sealed space 53. The sealed space 53 is partitioned into an inner chamber 53a and an outer chamber 53b when the abutting surfaces the damping materials 50 and 51 abut on each other. A spring 54 for energizing the damping materials 50 and 51 in the separating directions is disposed in the inner chamber 53a.
