PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe flange structure that can form a flange of a die- casting having a flow passage with a small pipeline resistance without using a core, and does not require deburring. SOLUTION: In this structure, a pipe 2 is joined to an end side of the flow passage having bent parts 6 and 7 formed in the flange 1. The flange 1 is molded by die-casting using a split mold, and then the inside 7 of the bent part of the flow passage is cut to form a cut part 8.
