PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single layer type spread style surface treatment method, which has a sufficient durablility in highly severe conditions in such places as curves, intersections and sloping roads, and which builds an excecellently durable surface treatment layer as well as rare peeling of aggregates, and a pavement body having a surface treatment layer acquired from the method. SOLUTION: In the single layer type spread style surface treatment method, in which a surface treatment layer with one layer is built by spreading connecting materials on a road surface where aggregates are spread, the single layer type spread style surface treatment method, in which an asphalt emulsion is used as a connecting material, including a schedule to form a covering layer by spreading and painting a resin on an aggregate layer spread, and the pavement body having a surface treatment layer built by such the single layer type spread style surface treatment method, are provided to solve the subject.
