PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient workable water permeable pavement body due to such natures as having a strength not lowered while heightening a permeability, a difficulty to cause a blinding, and an appropriate elasticity, and as being a mixture with aggregates by one liquid, a curing in a couple of hours and moisture as auxiliary agent for curing, and also to be characterized by the fact that scrapped glass cuts, glass frames and furnace slugs are used as its resources. SOLUTION: This water permeable pavement body 1 is characterized by having an elastic compound layer 4 which a compound of water hardening materials, consisting of a resin connecting liquid, in which a moisture hardening type foaming ulethane resin is mainly used, and of a foaming catalyst, and aggregates are laid on a lower base layer to be hardened.
