PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement an effective speech without reading a draft for a speech by a loudspeaker by outputting the draft and the like as a voice information to the loudspeaker. SOLUTION: The draft is previously inputted as the voice information into a voice recorder 2 of a device body 1. An operating part 2 is attached, for instance, on a palm of the loudspeaker; an earphone 3 is fixed in a loudspeaker's ear hole. In a speech, when pushing a send button 11 of the operating part 2 at first, the first voice information is outputted from the device body 1 to the earphone 3, so that the speech is given by the speaker, based on the voice information. The voice information is outputted sequentially by pushing the button 11, so that the speech is given along the information. |
