PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission information confirmation system that can surely recognize a fact of transmission of information from a destination side after the transmission. SOLUTION: Two or more information processing units 1d-5d and host computers 1h-3h are connected vi the Internet 7, information is attached to an electronic mail and in the case that the resulting electronic mail is sent from any of the information processing units 1d-5d and the host computers 1h-3h to other information processing units via the Internet, the information processing units 1d-5d and the host computers 1h-3h generate a transmission message file denoting the transmission of the electronic mail when automatically generating the electronic mail, and the transmission information confirmation system transmits the transmission message file via a transmission route different from a transmission route of the electronic mail to the destination information processing unit or a facsimile terminal at a place at which the information processing unit exists. |
