PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a schedule managing method for enabling an participant of an event in which the opening time for the event is determined and the number of persons who can participate in the event is limited to effectively utilize a waiting time or to participate in the event in a very short waiting time. SOLUTION: This schedule managing method in a schedule management system having a terminal and a schedule managing device has a transmission step in which information about the event is transmitted to the terminal in response to access from the terminal, a participation application step in which the terminal transmits participation application information to the schedule managing device by e-mail when a user applies for a participation in a certain event on the basis of information displayed on the terminal, an application reception step in which the schedule managing device decides the acceptance/rejection of the participation on the basis of the participation application information and information on the event, estimates waiting time and transmits the results to the terminal, a display step in which the terminal displays the result and a notification step in which the schedule managing device notifies the terminal of the opening of the event at a prescribed time. |
