PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the service network system for eating house by which eating is enjoyed at a further comfortable eating house without causing any waste of a time or any error in terms of whole customers, waiters, and cooks at an eating. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a customer terminal 7 respectively set at plural tables 13 and 14 to be used by a customer 12 in an eating place, and provided with a touch panel T which can be used by the customer 12, an LAN 3 to which each customer terminal 7 is connected, and a host computer 2 connected to the LAN 3, and provided with a recording medium 2h for recording a customer service program P1 for accepting and responding to a request from the customer 12 inputted from each touch panel T. |
