PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control in a high precision and with a simple structure a change of rotating peripheral speed from its normal value which is generated by the eccentricity of a rotor shaft of a rotor of a light sensitive body and the like and by work and installation errors of the rotor. SOLUTION: The detected peripheral speed of the surface of the light sensitive body 1 is calculated with a peripheral speed calculator 35 from the position of the light sensitive body 1 detected by an encorder 10. An eccentricity of the light sensitive body 1 is detected by an eccentricity detector 11 from a change of the light sensitive body 1 to a standard shape. A targeted peripheral speed correction value is calculated by a peripheral speed correction calculator 36 from the eccentricity of the light sensitive body 1 detected by the eccentricity detector 11, a target peripheral speed and the standard radius of the light sensitive body. The rotating speed of the light sensitive body 1 is controlled by coinciding the peripheral speed of the light sensitive body 1 with the target peripheral speed by correcting the peripheral speed by the target peripheral speed correction value. |
